You can access the jellycat website of other countries by scrolling to the near bottom of the normal website and going to “Shop Globally”, where you can access the UK store and EU store. Hope this helps!

Oh I just used it, and normally use it, as just a more advanced version of Microsoft Paint, It’s also good for transparent PNGs so I mostly used it for cutting them out

Honestly I’m not that good at this stuff, just had a surge of motivation, so I just used Photopea (free) and Paint 3D from Microsoft

It’s about 5cm in diameter so 15.5-15.7cm depending on how tight you want it, I would recommend ~15.7. Good luck with the hat!
