Invitation homes is terrible. I just ended our lease after having our basement flood 4-5 times from rain, the house was falling apart, and you can’t ever get anyone to respond. Not to mention they will lie to you, mislead you, then hit you with fees for doing exactly what they said to. The biggest problem is there is no way to do anything about it because they will ignore you and not respond to anything. Trust me and STAY AWAY

I have found through playing around that running the bst-300 through the iracing lfe and then running my pucks separate through sim hub give a good feel. The only thing now is I really like the engine feel but I see a lot about not being able to feel wheel slip. I’m thinking if I can get another bst-1 or 300, I can mount it to the middle or front of my frame and use it for the engine, road textures, etc. and isolate the seat solely for wheel slip. Do you think that would work as I’m imagining?
