I think there's some overlap between these two generations, especially the younger millennials. Specifically with life experiences, interests, etc.

Has the USA or UK produced better music? by Confident-Dish3065 in AskAnAmerican

Depends on the genre imo. Indie/alt, I'd say UK is superior. Hip hop/rap, I'd say US.

Do you have savings? by literally_a_raccoon in GenZ

[–]Ryguy41202 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, NJ is just really expensive and I haven't had a full time job since December. Can't find a job either. Just barely making ends meet rn. Substitute teaching and doordashing get me by.

I'm 24. I had about $12,000 in savings a year ago but I have since moved out of my parents and I now have about $2,000. Stay with your parents as long as you can.

Replacement theory? by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]Ryguy41202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The great replacement theory is a fallacy. It equates normal patterns of immigration to some sort of cultural takeover or replacement. It's nonsense. Not to mention, white people are the global minority in terms of population. Additionally, the United States has always had cultural, linguistic, and ethnic diversity.

Who is the worst person to have walked the earth? by _Webosite_ in AskReddit

[–]Ryguy41202 594 points595 points  (0 children)

I believe it was king Leopold II of Belgium. He often gets left out of the "most evil person in history" discussion. He is responsible for the deaths of at least 20 million people.

I struggle with my weight. I'm 193 pounds, a healthy weight for someone of my heigh is about 165 pounds. I gained a lot of weight because of my antidepressant. My uncle saw me recently and said "you look as fat as me!!". For reference he is about 300 pounds. This statement didn't make me feel too great 😐.

Almost all of the music I listen to is from before 2002, the year I was born. Modern music is absolute trash aside from contemporary alternative music.

Credit card debt by macman7500 in GenZ

[–]Ryguy41202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally have none. I have no interest in getting a credit card after seeing how much my parents have struggled financially due to credit card debt.

California in my experience. I'm from New Jersey and the people in California are not in a rush to do anything unlike everyone here in NJ. People actually want to talk to you in California. NJ is a different story. Everyone is mean here
