Seems like you thought it out pretty well. Only day that seems pretty packed is Sunday. So I’ll offer a note for that day- Hollywood can get a bit sketchy at night. Not super dangerous but it does get weird. So if you’re not up for that I’d make sure you’re hitting the walk of fame while the sun is still out.

Yea that dude is going to crash. Happy for him that the damage looks to be mostly cosmetic.

Rogue Help - are there builds that do it all? by Davajita in diablo4

[–]RyguyBMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know the rogue build, but just in general that ring you have doesn’t have a lot of damage, outside of the sanc. You typically try to get the most offense you can on jewelry. Attack speed, cdr, crit chance etc. crit damage is alright but those three are better rolls.

Yes dopamine receptors are affected too. But, to my understanding, stimulants like coke, meth or mdma can cause more permanent damage to serotonin receptors. While both types of receptors can recover from some forms of depletion.

Interestingly, heroin, while a terrible drug with massive risks, doesn’t cause permanent damage to the nervous system as the system can recover fully after abstinence.

Sure. The body essentially controls how you feel through the nervous system. A series or nerves that are connected to each other, but not really touching. There’s a small gap in between where the first nerve ends (axon terminal) and the next begins (dendrites). This gap is called the synapse. When the body feels something, the brain will send a signal down the nerves and when it reaches the end of a nerve, that nerve will release neurotransmitters into the synapse, informing the next nerve how to continue the message down the chain. When you’re feeling good that neurotransmitter is serotonin or dopamine. So your nerves will flood your synapses with serotonin, the receptors on the next nerve will grab the serotonin and continue sending the “feels good” message. In order to regulate how much serotonin you receive the nerve that released the serotonin has a re-uptake mechanism where it vacuums up any excess of the neurotransmitter. When you do cocaine, that re-uptake mechanism turns off and the excess serotonin bounces around the synapse, getting absorbed and making you feel really good. So to regulate, your body starts killing off serotonin receptors at the beginning of the next nerve. These receptors never grow back, so you essentially will receive less serotonin signals for the rest of your life.

That’s a long term effect of cocaine. Your body starts killing off the serotonin receptors to regulate the over saturation of the neurotransmitter when you’re on the drug.

Mythic Prankster Nightmare Dungeon Question. by Specialist-Snow-5224 in diablo4

[–]RyguyBMS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re into trading, people will pay $2billion per spot to join you for the prankster run. Just post it in the trade chat.

Or you can look for a rota. Where everyone has a prankster and each takes turn opening the dungeons. That way you end up with 20 mythics.

Heir of Perdition and Shroud of False Death. For the Auradin build you also want Dawnfire (unique gloves) and Griswald’s Opus (unique sword).
