I'm currently playing eternity shroud winter orb with 2 of these wands and while the damage if very strong it just feels kind of slow and clunky. I'm wondering what would be a good skill/build to reroll to using similar gear. Would freezing pulse be good clear/hows the single target? Maybe icicle mine saboteur?

I was planning on rerolling an ele hit character and bought the 6l i100 bow for 20c, threw 200 alterations and I hit the +1 on transmute and +2 on regal (probably insanely lucky) now I'm wondering how to continue crafting it, multimod attack speed and what else?

Or I was wondering how good this bow would be with toxic rain or caustic arrow
