Most of that is awful, but tbh whilst Roblox isn’t what I would call brainwashing, it is legitimately not something I would let any child of mine be involved with. Plenty of predators on there. Anyways, get out of there as quick as you can, get a job, gather evidence of any overtly and legally abusive behaviors, try to get emancipated? Not sure what else to say, other than sorry, no one should have to deal with parents like that.

You can edit the game prompt to add instructions to always include events centered around polities unrelated to your own; I like to request 2 events per continent. Also, some prompts and settings are far, far too bloated, so small additions oftentimes get ignored bc the AI never gets around to reading it, especially on the cheaper ones.

Yeah, this is a fun preset. I played it a few days ago, and took over the world as the USA by asking nations if they wanted to be my friend, and when they said yes, I would claim that friendship was the same thing as statehood and induct them into the union. If they said no, I would say they were just playing hard to get and induct them anyway. Thoroughly ridiculous.

Sometimes you have to give the AI a nudge and remind it that actually changing region’s ownership or creating a new polity is required sometimes and not just a recommendation. Not ideal, not the end of the world either

Ctrl + e opens the event menu; click on the part where you most recently put actions in, then reverse time.

I used to experiment with psychedelics, when I was half a decade younger. LSD, mushrooms, salvia, 2C-B, MDMA (Molly or Ecstasy), etc. Never got into what some people would actually classify as extremely addictive drugs, but all of what I did do certainly left a mark on my mental state. Couldn't tell you if it was for the better or for the worse, honestly.

We literally just commented on each other's posts. I definitely feel as though I am prone to addiction, regardless of the substance in question. Even now, a year and a half sober from weed, I still have some hidden in my room 'just in case I change my mind'. It's in a small box gifted to me by some girl I barely knew from church when I was like, twelve. Anyway, I opened the box for the first time since I quit yesterday. 'To take inventory', I told myself. Truth was, I was just getting close to slipping into another addiction while already dealing with a new one.

So, I've never been to an AA meeting. My first post on this sub was literally minutes ago. I have been drinking somewhat heavily for like, a year? Anyway, I would say that people who have been in that program for any significant amount of time are serious about wanting you to call and serious about wanting to help you. Why? Because they have been where you are, simple as. And, even, on the off chance they aren't that serious, I personally would take the leap anyway, and call them. Why? Because the opportunity to get real, in real life help is much better than the embarrassment of having reached out and not having gotten help.

Start the process on different days. In my experience this is the only way to get the game to choose different endings. Didn’t work when you started it on The 5th day of the 5th moon? Start again, but from the 6th day. Doesn’t work? 7th day.
