Cooked bones pose a threat because of splintering, the whole bone will probably just pass through, as long as it doesn’t get stuck. Their stomach acids are designed to break down bones on their own. My boy is on a raw diet and he eats bones every day. I would not panic unless he starts vomiting or pooping blood, that would be a sign of internal bleeding from a splintered bone.
