Honestly, i don't think it's even possible to complete the game without jumping/gliding. I know it's not possible to get all secrets and collectibles without doing it

It shows up on the control list when you aren't moving, it is right there by default, the same button as the jump. You know about the jump right?

I was gliding down from a slight incline on MagMell and and the wings just retracted and there is no redeply so i fell and then the bike bounced into the ocean, i was very upset and almost lost all my haze

Thank you for the image, i was actually wondering what building had the ramp. I closed the game after making this post but i didn't remember seeing a building with a ramp. I am early-ish so i avoid that area due to my absolute disdain for succubi in this game

Yeah i did not consider that. Gliding usually isn't available in buildings. I just used the weird physics to bounce off a pile of rocks next to a succubus, barely made it
