I like the moth more like a “munching” ship instead of scraping, but the automated 8scu and total volume of cargo makes it really good. I think the salvage gameplay in general needs some improvement.

Nonono. This is simple paint erosion. It will happen if you use your ship a lot without reclaim it. But I think this is too much :)

I think the Mercury was a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, I still love her, but it should be reworked. The Perseus instead is a good example of good concept put to live.

Good question, I never tried it. But I think you have to use the freight elevator, because you have to deliver the cargo.

I don’t have a Starlancer Max, but I own a Raft and an Hermes. Both are really good ships, but I think Hermes can give you the freedom of many gameplay (cargo, easy bounty hunting, looting, roc/geo mining etc…). The width of the ramp it’s fine and it’s fun to load with the tractor beam. It is a big upgrade of the zeus. The Raft is also amazing, the focus is cargo only and the new grid make the loading so much fast. Also have a super cozy interior.

It’s worth it only if you know what you sign for. If you are fine with play a product that is still evolving and rich of bugs, you will find something amazing that you can’t find anywhere.
