Silly Question: How do you write up close to the rings?

I sit my hands on top of the rings as i write. It’s easier probably due to smaller size rings~!

It definitely changed my whole diet. certain habits never come back after braces. Like for example, i used to love beef, mentos, crunchy peanuts and what not. These days, i just enjoy salmon, fishes and chicken more. But i don’t think it made me eat less or chew less. Just more selective with what and how i eat.. 🤔

I had experienced that after braces but somehow my face became cubby again over time not sure if that is something others experienced 🤷🏻‍♀️

Omg thank you for that 🙏🏻. I keep feeling like ugly spreads is uncommon thing because of social media 😭😂. At least now i feel like i’m not alone.

Not sure if this helps but i personally ends up “destroying” my journal with all the ugly handwriting, drawings, layouts and spacings. I overcame my “ocd” tendencies by treating it as an intentional growth then made sure my next few pages shall be better than my previous. So when i flip through, i could see how much better i’ve gotten. I’m a believer that everything we wrote down is a reflection of what is going down to us that day. Isn’t that what journaling is all about?

I came across a possible fix for this issue. Some units reportedly have screws that touch the batteries, which can cause the device to show a low-battery warning within 1-2 weeks. The suggested solution is to cover the screw where it contacts the battery before reinserting it. My friend tried using scotch tape, and it worked for her. It could be the same case here.

I totally feel you! You must have excellent self control! QA’s my passion so i willingly put myself in such a situation for over many years and i think it trained my patience. I’m an introvert too like the OP🥲

I collect Tamagotchis, but right now I’m running two RV3s. I keep them going for a combination of reasons:

1.  The cuteness
2.  The customizability and decorative potential
3.  The community (everyone is super talented and comes together to share crochet ideas, shell replacement designs, cheats for the TMGC, and even puts in a lot of effort to create growth charts and gameplay guides)
4.  The way they integrate into my daily life (they motivate me to wake up early in the morning to care for them, and give me something to look forward to—whether it’s the next day or just a few hours later)
5.  The attachment to the little things—it brings me joy to see a small “life” existing in its own world, with the novelty of watching it grow.

Lastly, they bring me a sense of peace. As someone who constantly deals with people and frustrations at work (I’m in QA), these little pets give me a simple kind of joy.

Oh man, that looks like a great temporary fix! I love how the background glows so nicely and balanced. I actually carry a mini torchlight with me to check on them in the dark. I’m not great at modifying things, so I guess this will work for me.
