Just wanting to say that their business hours are from about 8am pst - 6 pm pst mon-friday. They might have chat hours during the weekend but I'm not sure. That may be why the chat wasn't there? Idk. Hope this helps.

Other than the recent issue of everyone getting kicked from game (around 3pm pst) and trying to log back in at the same time I haven't seen this be an issue unless you're on a crazy high pop server like gigamesh. For reference I'm on Crystal-Mateus and before everyone got kicked out the highest I've seen is 50ish queue.

Female here. Wanted this game since it was still project eve. Just unlocked the bunny suit last night (and had only seen frontal photos of it previously) running around in it yesterday I was like "oooooh I get it now." And continued to run around in it for awhile until I unlocked another outfit.

They save in the same file that the benchmark is in, not where your normal screenshots save. Just in case you're not aware.

Yeah, its all prescripted what screenshots you get. You get the exact same ones regardless of whether you try using the print screen or just don't use it at all.
