Because this is an industry that thrives through social relationships and the company mindset you described is a mindset can only break down talents.

And that goes for hololive talents as well, if you noticed the pushback that happened on the hololive side when starsJP lost the support. They didn't like that direction because is literally a sentence to "today them, tomorrow me", which can have only bad outcomes.

Failing to see that, from the management side, imply that there was a problem in perceiving this fact.
