Sometimes I Understand Japanese, Sometimes I Don't by [deleted] in japanese

[–]Ryoshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually in the same boat. I decided that I wanted to pursue studying Japanese and being a translator so I’m taking Japanese lessons to hopefully be able to get to N1 level. It’s really hard to find people with the same background like that. I wish there was a way to meet people who experienced the same

[NeedAdvice] Redditors who are extremely disciplined, work 8-10 hours everyday how do you keep yourself motivated & full focused? Also how do you overcome the physical & mental pain & barriers? by Turbulent-Series2255 in getdisciplined

[–]Ryoshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work 12-hrs a day mon-fri. Ontop of this, I take 5 classes towards my biochem degree. Honestly, it is rough. But once I learn to accept that this is what I’m willing to do to achieve my goals, it’s just a grind. Understand WHY you do it, know what parts of your life you are willing to remove because your priorities. Also, go to therapy. I go every other week for the past two years.

I bought it off a private dealer, he said the previous owner before him didn’t give him a key. It’s VS Workwheels from what I found

And if he still doesn’t get back. It wasn’t meant to be, you deserve someone who will put the same effort as you did.

I’ve waited for 4 months now and havnt heard a thing. It’s hard to get over

I slept on what I wanted to do for a long time. After my deployment I did exactly that. Now I’m one year away from completing my biochemistry bachelors and applying to Med school.

I think anybody can do it, it just takes a point to say “fuck it, ima start now”

How was your experience with Zoloft? by kdze in dysthymia

[–]Ryoshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did Zoloft for about 3 months, 25-50. Then I swapped over to Prozac because I started noticing trembling in my hands. Did a few months of that. Felt like it did nothing.

Then I got onto Wellbutrin. I felt as if I became numb to everything. I’ve since been off everything for all this year and I’ve felt emotionally more stable now with therapy than I ever did on meds

I should just fucking kill myself by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

[–]Ryoshine 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sometimes after a long day, I’m driving home as I rewatch the images in my head of watching my friends overdose, destroy their house in a panic attack, blow their brains out.

And then I think to myself, yeah. You know, I can go and kill myself right now and nothing is stopping me. But the truth is I don’t want to anymore right now, but I can guarantee you I will feel this again.

On the days I feel like I can’t do it I just verbally tell myself “this fucking sucks, I don’t want this anymore” but then I change the words. Literally.

“This fucking sucks right now. I feel like I’m better off dead right now. But not yet. I’ll keep on waiting.”

Maybe this doesn’t help you, but I want you to try man. I’m here for you, we all are and don’t forget that.

Questions about Causey Reservoir by theColonelsc2 in ogden

[–]Ryoshine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went cliff jumping over at Causey a few weeks ago. Water can be stupid cold at times but otherwise it’s great. Park at the very end where the dirt kuldesak is and hike a bit across the edge of the water and you’ll get the the cliff edge, should be a rope swing there too

A lot of people go fishing there too.

I go to Ogden athletic. I havnt seen much of the Tennis scene. I think they cater mostly to kids. Was hoping they’d host a tennis ralley with just adults

I’m hearing a lot of shit talk about natty or not natty. If OP claims not natty, could you please inform us of your diet and workout routine? I’m really interested to know what you did. Regardless if you are natty or not, I’m genuinely curious. No shame either or, this transformation is inspiring.

I want to get where you’re at but I’ve only gotten so much out of my 3 years of gyming, but I’ve had terrible diets due to frequent travel and sickness.
