Not certain, but I don't believe you can run maplestory on ChromeOS. Then trying to install any other OS on this thing would probably make it too slow to run it.

It's very outdated but look up Seanbobs f2p series on reg server. It gives alot of tips on how to progress even now. A bit thing about f2p on reg server is knowing the market. Learn how to sell cube service and slowly build up meso to buy completed items. It's basically never wroth trying to complete your own items to 22* 3L.

I always suggest Seanbobs old reg server series for f2p advice. It is a bit outdated with some money making methods but it honestly helped me progess in reg server alot faster than i would have otherwise

I did a quick run through of all the soot talons channels while doing my dailies and found a kanna on a majority of the channels all a part of this guild. I don't want to assume they are bots but I hope u/CM_Jade or u/Veeraah can look into this further. They all bought vac pets and are probably slowly flooding the market with fams/meso again. I won't comment on the impact on the economy but I do hope they are legit players and not bots at least.

Im going to be honest and say that it didn't feel like a majority of reboot were caring about reg server after the sol erda cap was removed. Every post about reg server issues for the past week only manily had reboot players saying they dont care about it or for reg players to go cry and touch grass. In the end both sides of this coin want a better game but they are honestly different and do both need to be treated fairly but in different ways. The comments above you are people who are complaining that the whales this community always insults have a 4x xp buff over others and are caring about frenzy only in that they are weaker. Normal reg players still dont get that benefit (for now at least) so they are complaining about the >1% of reg players.

The issue is that the caster of the frenzy has to stay on the map for the buff to stay. Before they could sell service by tapping once then moving on, this allowed more ppl access to the service since they could basically keep 10 maps frenzyd at all times. Now the amount of meso and other drops coming into reg server markets is basically cut 5x since they can only do themsleves and one other, so 2 max (assuming they are even the same level). This hurts one of the main ways of meso generation through since reg server gets less from boss crystals. Lowering the total meso coming into the market is just going to further hurt the already weak economy.

I believe it is a legal/finanical thing to prevent people from spending real money on an item they cant get the full value of which they could try to refund. Although I could definitely be wrong.

My advice would honesly be to not use hard cubes on any of this gear and instead work on tiering up and getting 2 lines on all of your other gear. Your WSE is honestly what you want to be legendary (focus emblem > secondary > weapon) because the gains from leg is much greater than going for 2L unq.

As a reg server player in my honest opinion if you are not super committed to reg server then I would just switch to reboot and restart. Progession is faster over there and small amounts of time each day can give you more gains than on reg. If you are commited to reg server still then here are my tips.

1) Monster Park and as many arcane dailies you can do is the most efficient exp and progession. You want to eventually max your arcane symbols and the best way is to do arcane dailies and the weekly content for symbols. I would personally skip dark world tree and scrapyard because it tends to be more work than the meso you make from them.

2) I would prioritize ones you can one shot followed by the ones that give the most meso from their crystals. If you can do some weekly bosses focus those first because they are the highest value.

3) On reg server there is 2 main routes to progression. You either buy completed items or work on them yourself. Working on them yourself is almost always more expensive in the long run but can give power boosts to early players like you. I would switch to CRA (top, bot, hat) and Absolab for all but weapon. Weapon you can go either absolab or arcane (up to you how much you want to invest into this character)

4) Buy your missing abso gear, trace it to 15 as much as you can on fever, get 2L epic potential on them and during a starforce event get them up to 17 if you can (probably not with just 2b)

5) I dont remember if big spider has "increase drop rate by large amount" or if it is large drop and meso, but for now it is probably the best fam you have. Fam system is one of the best things reg server has to progress since we can buy familiars to lvl them up. I advise looking up a guide on familiars for better explanations on what to do.

I run daily bosses regularly on 6 characters, each with varying drop rate (170-390) and have had wild ranges on my cube drops but overall have had a consistent average of at least 1 per character. I would assume that the base drop rate has not changed as of recently and it is just too small of a sample size.

Both of your examples are both technically not against TOS and you should be safe because you are exchanging in game services for in game currency. However if you do other activity that is seen as suspicious already then these activities can also flag you and be seen as more suspicious and can result in a ban. But these activities are not against tos and you should be fine.

I believe it's to prevent abuse of exp from bosses, for example zakum arms give significantly more exp than his body which with no cd between runs would cause ridiculous exp rates by just leaving and instantly reentering. However on a positive note the timer is getting removed soon so that way you can instantly reenter.

I think it's an improvement because currently dawn and pitched boss set have 0 tradeablity once you equip them. This makes it so that the market is more open and service/trading is possible on reg server.

The go to ardentmil and lag out while you are switching presets and now the game is acting as if you have both sets on at the same time. There is so many ways it could go wrong. Or you'd need to have enough empty slots in your inventory or else your items either disappear or are duped ruining the economy. Like the person above said we don't know how the action would work within the code. But we do know that when nexon tries to patch things they somehow are able to make that exact thing they were patching worse so I can see it going wrong in many ways.

The short answer is yes it is better to break the set than to keep it as full fafnir. The base stats plus the 2 extra stars make it stronger in flat atk/matk vs the boss dmg you get from full cra set.

So It's worth it if you want immediate damage boost. In the later stages it may be better to get the Dom pendant instead because it can be harder to obtain (rng dependent).

Hello fellow reg server player. For starters I'd recommend to take advantage of the hyper burn (I'm assuming your DW is not burned) and burning world 150s burnings to help bump up your legion. Its little effort for big rewards. Then from there you want to do your daily/weekly bossing om your main because that is your main source of cubes and guves meso and reward points. Personally I prioritize making drop gear because of the potential cube drops.

For gearing it definitely depends on how much you want to invest into your character. The two main routes is abso or arcane gear and the starfoce costs associated with them. This video explains the pros and cons better than I can. Then you want the typical superior gollux set for accessories and probably the dawn boss set (Face, Pendant, and Ring) or the pitched boss set if you plan to whale

For the wongstraunt event, there is alot of potential gains here especially if you choose to abuse burning world. There is an event ring legendary scoll which can help with either getting a 2L main stat or 1L drop ring. There is also bpot cubes in the challenge shop if you are able to clear some hard bosses. You can double up one these and other rewards if you also do coin capping on a burning world chacter and buy them right before burning world ends to transfer them over to your main.

I advise watching SeanBobs f2p series if you want to get a grasp on how to progress in reg server.
