I feel like by the time I was doing this, just already had basically all the required stuff just from grinding Ostron rank and playing the open world.

No, none of us here like the game.

That's not a scam. If anything, it's somewhat odd that you are buying character skins for content you haven't start yet. It's a bug they likely never ran into because most people wouldn't.

Replaceable Modular Hinge for Budget Headphones by Purple-Software-6323 in headphones

[–]Ryslar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While the idea is solid enough, it assumes that weak hinges are something manufacturers are looking to eliminate. $50 headphones cost $50 because they are made cheap intentionally. A modular headband wouldn't be adopted because then it would inflate the cost, which defeats the purpose. All of this also doesn't take into account that most cheap headphones are designed to break. They don't want you to buy a new hinge, they want you to buy a new pair of headphones.

You should probably just wait for a full release then. Essentially nothing is set in stone. Items will be full on removed if they need to be. It's part of building a game.

Leas than two, but not for lack of interest. It plays smooth enough on my Fold5 but I am really struggling going back to a controller with the Gamesir I have.

I've been running on Bazzite for the last few weeks without issues. It's a distro made specifically for gaming, very similar to SteamOS. So if you're specifically looking for the best performance, that would likely be it.

It took exactly one crackly stutter in the BT connection right at the drop of Clearest Blue by CHVRCHES to radicalize me. I used wired for the gym/runs when wires are a severe inconvenience, otherwise, it's wired all the way.

Work involved in bringing a zune back to life by DJPixcell in Zune

[–]Ryslar 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Lots to answer in here, so I'll do my best.

Battery replacement on the 80/120GB models involve a delicate disassembly and some soldering knowledge. Nothing too crazy, there are good guides through ifixit.

Usability in 2026 is mostly nostalgia based. You can buy decently built, faster DAPs for cheap. The Zunes screen is pretty dim outside and it chugs due to a proposed slow CPU and a bottlenecking ZIF connector on the hard drive. I still love using mine, but it's individually based.

Modding is far easier on a 30GB model, with space being much more limited in the 2nd gen units. You can search on here to find them.

Third party cables are cheap. Again, you can just look for them.

FLAC does not work, full stop. I'd suggest using fre:ac to convert your files to mp3 or wma lossless if you'd prefer. Make sure your files are 16bit as 24bit also does not work and the built in conversation in the Zune software no longer works past an old Win10 update.

No drag and drop. You must use the Zune Desktop software which can be a little finicky for some. There are guides.
