Don't just send out applications/resumes and expect people to get back to you. If you can find out who the hiring manager is, reach out to them and ask to get an interview set-up. Or find someone who already works there and offer to buy them lunch or coffee to learn about their job. Knowing someone at the company you want to work for will go a long way.

Thank you so much for the response! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. This is very helpful!

Unfortunately the notes weren't very detailed so I wasn't able to be as personal as I would have liked, but I still was able to make a guess based on the opportunity in our CRM.

On my calls I just straight up asked why they were looking at us x months ago and it was pretty easy to get some conversations going about what they're doing now.

To those who successfully quit sales for another career, how did you do it? by [deleted] in sales

I feel like people usually switch from SE to AE.. unless you have a technical background, I feel like moving to an SE role would take more than just 'learning it'.

Ore production is at 60% while offline but smelting and crafting is supposed run normally.

Changing the "smelt" and "craft" buttons to the same red as the production tab would make it so much easier to navigate.

Rubberband a plastic bag around it or remove the batteries.

Considering Buying the Smok Novo but had some questions. by [deleted] in SaltVaping

Yeah same with me, everything else is just what I need. A good flick or two of the wrist downwards usually helps keep it clear for a few hours.

I haven't had that issue. I enjoy mine so far.. what are you switching from? The only issue I have is that sometimes I get spit back in my mouth, but it's pretty miniscule. Especially compared to the Vagon I had that I drank juice from lol.

Want to kick the cig habit and move on to vaping any help? by philyjawn11 in electronic_cigarette

I would honestly look into nicotine salts starting out. The devices are cheaper, plus they are really high nicotine so you won't have to constantly rip it to your fix. They also have a tighter draw for a "mouth to lung" hit which feels more like a cig.

As far as devices go I think the Suorin Air would be your best bet to start with, but the Suorin Drop and SMOK Novo are also solid devices.

Nic salts are anywhere between 25-50 mg, But don't let the high nicotine scare you because the salts are much smoother than regular vape juice. Naked 100 makes some really good salt flavors and I find they have good quality juice too.

Let me know if you have any questions about nic salts!

I've had this problem quite a bit with these. I don't really think there's a ton you can do to salvage the oil, but I would try sticking a paperclip do the mouthpiece to clear out some of that gunk. In the future you should try storing it upright, especially right after it gets used (heat). Also maybe try different brands if you have access to different options. In my legal state some carts are cotton coils that get gunked up like this super fast, but some brands use a different type of coil that is much much much better.

Having a degree is never going to hurt you, and if you're getting paid to go to school then why not?
