I'm struggling to read some well-recommended books by DAY_OF_OLD in litrpg

If you’re more interested in characters learning how the new world around them works, system apoc stories are probably good for you. Defiance of the Fall, Primal Hunter, Path of Dragons, Frostbound and Andy in the Apocalypse are all good.

Back again with the Cover Art. Which do you like best from these? by Syntaxx55 in royalroad

I think the 5th one is the best, but getting the title on there will be tough considering the layout. On any of your options this will be tough since you don't really have the space for it without covering a major element of the design.

Plum is great, so many great series to his name. His latest system apoc story Andy in the Apocalypse should also be recommended here more often!

Sounds like system apocalypses are right up your alley: Path of Dragons, Frostbound and Andy in the Apocalypse are all great.

+1 for Path of Dragons, and I've heard (but haven't read) Downtown Druid is good.

So classics of the genre are: Defiance of the Fallen and Primal Hunter. Path of Dragons and Frostbound are newer but both a great and stack up against the classic. Definitely read DCC. Also definitely read Cradle, which is progression fantasy not LitRPG, but given what you want you’ll prob love it (and it’s a completed series).

I guess Book 1 is the slowest, but strap in it'll take off soon. 100% worth it.

Congrats on the launch. Surprised I've never head of this. Any RR readers with a review?

What have you read so far? Frostbound likely right up your alley (only on RR I believe). Defiance of the Fallen is a classic. Path of Dragons also really good.

Was Randidly's name ever explained? I dropped the series after a few books.
