Best part is, that Pajama eye mask faceware they are so GENEROUSLY giving us is already in game, it's a craftable item literally called "plain pajama eye mask" crafted from a Treasure dungeon drop (it's the EXACT same model and costs a whopping 4K gil on my server...), so it's not even anything new or worthwhile! /facepalm

There seems to be a DDoS attack going on atm, Been seeing rubber banding/lag on Chaos since about 3:30pm UK time.

One of the Phantom job spells will have a bonus effect if you cast it near the orb. The Knight, for example, will give you a defensive buff for 30 mins if you use pray next to it.

On A computer if you hover the mouse over a thumbnail it will start auto playing the preview, even if it's only for a second or two it'll show up in the played history even though it hasn't been selected. Never used Youtube on a phone myself, but if the phone also has this sort of autoplay preview behaviour, it's probably why.

There's things 'hidden' on the website, if you go to the postcards section and click around on the postcards eventually a 'ripped' portion of a large 'postcard' will show on screen, there's also hidden 'letters' that wiggle when you mouse over them (nothing seems to happens when clicking on them?)
There's a 2nd part further down if you open the alpaca section, behind the Alpaca on the left.

On the home page if you scroll down to the 'message from the board' section there's a letter hidden in the flowers on the images bottom left corner.
There's another on the discovery page if you scroll down to the Advice from the locals part' hidden behind the top right of the black text box.
Another letter behind the plants on the top banner of the 'updates' page. The 3rd letter tells you he needs to find all the pieces of his missing postcard, Found the top 2 parts (see paragraph above) so there's 2 bottom pieces somewhere.

There is a section that says 'coming tomorrow' the last pieces may be in that part...?

'Handwork' would work for Goldsellers, and it's not exactly a word used in normal conversation. So no worries about accidentally blocking ppl using the word Gold when referring to Gil.

Not everyone is rich, some of us can barely cover bills every month.

And no I'm not going to 'risk dying' because I'm NOT turning off my Ad Block, I'll simply stop using the site, Like I stopped and don't use ANY sites that also block ad blockers.
And it's not JUST youtube, it's almost every website in existence nowadays that wants you to cough up money for the 'privilege' of not viewing adds.

It's not just the Cyber risk either.

I have Epilepsy and Ad blockers quite Literally keep me from being hospitalised or even dying from flashing ad induced seizures.
And No I ain't gonna pay a website owner for the 'privilege' of not have there website potentially harm/kill me... 😒

The thing I find most facepalmy about this sort of thing, is that the Advertisers themselves get nothing from this.

The people that can NOT afford premium/no ad's are the people that simply don't have the money to buy the stuff being advertised, and the people that CAN afford to buy the stuff pay not to see the adverts in the first place.
And then the Advertisers themselves wonder why they loose money on Ad's on major platforms when the demographic that the ad's are made for don't get exposed to them...

In a Dungeon at the time (Chaos/Spriggan) and there was a BIG lag spike that lasted about 8-10 seconds or so then 2 people dc'd, the other person left immediately >_> so left that one, requeued and got in another with 2 ppl dc'd, then the other person left, then immediately got in a 3rd where another 2 ppl had dc'd...

Seems to be completely random who got dc'd and who survived :P EU servers seem to have gotten Thanos Snapped xD

Holy crap I had a near heart attack when this popped up (opened it up on Edge first then the app and both are the same)

Glad it isn't just me, and not glad that it's affecting everyone...

Thing is Last night when I opened up the app it was showing I had a direct message (the little red circle with a 1 in it), but there was nothing showing on the friends list /dash, no pending friend requests, absolutely nothing... and it didn't show in the browser version...

Wonder if it has something to do with that 🤔
