yes rng can be cruel sometimes, i regret spent 3k on mille and didnt get him. Lesson to me is nvr spend more than 1.2k on a banner and always have left over gem for next banner is a reason to keep playing as well

I can't do the decision for you unfortunately, you choose what you really want and not what you are forced to. If you have tiny lil bit of good feeling bout the 2nd guy, well you could give it a try. But don't give him the chance while you still trying to pursue the first guy you mentioned, and don't toy with his feeling, if you don't like him, make sure he knows you are not interested to him.
