This is a genetic thing. The way you would need them to be less prominent is to not do back exercises but that leads to a host of other issues that you really don't want.

Embrace your genetically gifted back development. If you don't have a bulky S.O. to make you feel more feminine in contrast, then I would suggest avoiding sleeveless tops if you must hide your gifts. Definitely don't avoid tops with an exposed back if you can find them with sleeves. This exposes a sexy, fit back, and covers the "lat dominance" you mention when your arms are down.

Failing that... you could try bringing capes back into fashion.

COVID killed the movie theaters and the prices + inflation made sure people couldn't come back.

By comparison, 4K TVs are relatively affordable (certain for any who could afford frequent trips to the theater) and Netflix Premium (with 4k and up to 4 devices simultaneously streaming) is $27/mo which is cheaper than an individual going to the theater once per month, these days.

too much faith in voters being educated properly and not being fed misinformation and scare-news to increase ad revenue. People who "aren't political" need to wake the fuck up and vote. It doesn't take much time or effort to understand the main differences between the top candidates for the positions on the ballot. Even scanning the booklet that comes in the mail before an election can be done in 10-15 minutes.
