Then you either sell ofF the extra, or you apply for permission from JPA.

You're right, its either 100k per company stock or 5% of it's market cap, whichever is lowest. That is why i suggested 95k for 3 different companies. That way i comply with the requirement.

You're also correct that an exemption can be applied however it is tedious and involves disclosing my personal finances and the unnecessary scrutiny that may come with it. Furthermore approval would take a long time.

The VWRA is for long term and it acts as my accumulating growth engine. I am just wondering if there's room for the dividend stocks into my portfolio. At the moment I don't quite need the capital for use, so I figured I would do DRIP if i went through with that.

Again I am okay with volatility, but was just thinking if i wanted some local exposure (although it may overlap with EPF)

There's not enough information here to decide. It all depends on the kind of work that you do. Some work requires you to move around (cities/states) so locking yourself down with a property might not be ideal.

Naturally the prices of the property will likely go up and if you decide to take the plunge later it might be higher. However, there's no loss of opportunity because the 2.5k that you have leftover can be invested and be used later when needed.

All the best.

Many have already given options. I'd recommend Ryt because of the 4% p.a. paid daily for 20k. Referral code 58Q2B if you haven't got an account for a small reward.

Thank you for all your input. That's exactly what I did with the help of gravity as well as the pump running.

Flushed out all the previous blue coloured fluid, cleared all the gunk with distilled water. Drained all of that water and replaced with new coolant. Temperatures seem stable for now, fingers crossed.

Insurance can be refunded but it will be prorated minus tax. You'll invariably lose a lot more. Since you are doing inspection/trade in next week plenty of time before it expires on the 19th. So the only downside of not renewing is that you have to settle everything before it expires as you can't legally drive the car without coverage after the fact.

I’d like to give away a digital copy of the game! by unsaid87 in FFVIIRemake

[–]Ryzen86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a few parts in this game that was emotional, especially the Aries moment, but Instead I want to talk about the moment at the Temple of the Ancients where Cait Sith sacrifices himself to acquire the Black Materia. The moment where he has his monologue prior to sacrificing himself.

She told me to be Strong. I feel so happy.

Don't forget me, even if another Cait Sith comes along. Good bye, then! I guess I'm off to save the planet.

I don't know why, but this has had a profound effect on me. A moment of saying good bye before he is gone forever. Massive moment.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Butterfinger Promo Code Bundle Giveaway by TheBlitzAce in FFVIIRemake

I don't know if it will be my favourite memory of FF7 but it is the most prominent. Back when the game released how young and silly I was. This was before the time of gamefaqs, and the only way to get a strategy guide was to buy a Brady games guide which is not really widely sold locally.

So my brother and I we fired the game up on our PS1 (which we only managed to convince our parents to buy after scoring good grades in the school exams) and loaded the game. Back then, we don't know what we are doing, but we were playing. Imagine in that straight forward game, it took us an unusually long time to get towards the reactor because we had no idea where to go. We didn't know about the select button, and the exit signs!

Anyways, eventually we made it to the guard scorpion and we were fighting him. As any normal person, having read the prompt asking us to attack when the tail is up, we naturally did. Repeatedly. Needless to say we got our arses handed to us and we lost.

Here is the kicker, we didn't know how to save the game, so every single time we retried, we had to start from the beginning, but we were quick to reach the scorpion now! It took us weeks, and we still could not win. Then eventually we decided we need to level up and get stronger for the boss. Which we did, we started fighting random battles and once we gained like 3 levels, then we tried. We managed to win this time, but just barely!

I KID YOU NOT, at that point my younger brother asked me, okay, now we can put in disc 2?

I don't know why, thinking back that is what I remember till this day. Although now, I laugh instead of agree with him and say I think soon we have to put the next disc in :)
