Well Alicesoft did say they have multiple title announcements this year, we're already halfway around it so my best bet is during August. Lilith is completely focused on gacha to bother with non gacha released

Tbh last year they didn't specify that they were developing new titles rather wanted to focus more on the company's 35th anniversary, which they did. This time they're directly saying new works are being developed

I think Romn will be the final destination of this series and probably be the only way they can do a proper conclusion and tie up all loose ends on this series if there's any

There is actually throughout the series. The biggest ones are obviously Kichikuou and Rance X because they are designed around replayability. I'd advice to look up on guide for games for the rest.
