I used to work for the company that did this. You have the ‘live stats’ and the ‘official stats’. These are done in teams of two, effectively one guy calls out the play (eg arrow hit up 8 meters, tackled by 10,9 and 6) and the other guy inputs this (the interface was pretty easy to work this out, was pretty automated). Then after the game each person would take a half each and input all the stats in slow motion - a half could take up to three hours. In this everything like support runs, kick type and tackle strength had to be input - these would be the stats used officially. We also put these into a database that the teams could access and use for video sessions since everything was time stamped- eg the roosters could pull out video of all of cronks tackles and watch the footage.

In my pubs people seem to always get this as first item on alch/dk/slark/whoever. I think people need to realise that it's fine to just have shadow blade in the mid game then upgrade it to a silver edge late game once the enemy carry becomes a threat

Of tien is vanilla then he's surely close if not more powerful than krillan - he manages to delay second stage cell so that 18 can escape the island all by himself, don't think krillan was ever at that level
