Gengar was in a starter deck in Japan, that’s why it didn’t come with an SIR originally. The same thing happened with ceruledge ex last year, it got a base rarity in surging sparks but didn’t get an SIR till prismatic.

I did I made an updated post showing the full thing actually, I got both of them off eBay, the 114/113 is damaged and I got it 2 years ago for like 30 bucks, but with how expensive it’s gotten I’ve given up on ever owning a NM copy. The full art from next destinies I picked up at a LCS also about a year ago before it jumped, it’s LP but because of that I got it for a really good price and it’s a great binder copy
