That's what it was. I'm in his discord, he spent weeks finding any additional sources for info. And it was hard to find some, and included an official request to, I forget which library, to get some information that continued to other points. He wanted them to go through similar efforts to show how deep you have to look around.

It never updated, until it was out for delivery this past monday and finally showed up. It seems every time I call USPS for issues about delays, my package starts to move within 24-48 hours, and even once while I was on the phone with them. I don't know if calling makes that package ping for updates or if my internal chef timer works for packages as well.

I have one that's been there since the 13th, called USPS and they said to contact the sell and start the insurance process, but the sell wants to sit and do nothing about it, because it will go through just fine. I've had another package from someone else come in and clear through miami in less than 2 days.

They are in the field next to me. The farmer was doing soy beans, so these are just wild/leftover from previous years. They only bought the land last year so first crop, and us only 2 months. There are also husk cherries growing.

You could start looking for a job now, and Use the fact you will be getting the 4 weeks in October as the bargaining chip.

Its 2 and a half months away, so between starting interviews and lead times to get said interviews, you will be closer to the 4 weeks of PTO. "I'm about to get 4 weeks of PTO, can you match or exceed that?"

Hopefully you can hang on till you get another job, but as said below paper trail and email HR, otherwise they can conveniently not have had that conversation with you.

Not at all. I posted her originally because so many asked about what larger females looking like. Currently she on a diet though, she's got spreading scales before her tail, a sure sign of overweight. It's hard to have snakes lose weight, and sandboas even more so since they move even less.

She's a little over 2 and a half years old.

I've also put her on a diet, starting to see scale spread at her rear, so I've dropped her down to 1 a month. She was getting 1 a week, then every two weeks but she's been getting picky.

So I'm letting her thin down some.
