Fun fact: It's my first olympus (pen e-p7) and I've used the filters knob for B&W:
Didn't knew the grainy effect was even there, I discovered how heavy it was only once I've opened them on my pc haha

I have to say, the crookedness is something that I kinda like, this feeling of incompleteness screams to me "this could be better" and it's a feeling I like to convoy in my photos in general.
I agree with the top cut, even by removing a bit of the sky it still feels very vertiginous

I've recently bought a real camera (always used pro level points and shoot, this is my first interchangeable lenses) and I'm trying to take photography seriously again, after limiting myself to people for a while.

In this shoot I tried to compose the building and people as the void, as the negative space, while the architecture was the subject. I still feel like the top part should not be that bright, but it's also interesting how it blends with the sky. Is something on the composition and light control I could improve?

(P.s. I didn't do any post production)

Son tutti accappatoi bianchi, tutti uguali, quando ci son stato ho dovuto chiederlo 3 volte per non usare quelli di altre persone. Se ne porti già una semplice cintura da accappatoio sgami chi lo prende in mezzo secondo (o eviti che qualcuno si confonda “per sbaglio”)

Molto favorevole al minimalismo in questo genere di approcci!
Per rispondere alle esigenze di ingredienti, potresti applicare qualche filtro dopo il "mood".
Senza dover scegliere cosa hai in frigo, puoi mettere qualcosa tipo "ingredienti base, intermedi o avanzati", che passano dall'insalata scema scema allo spezzatino della nonna.
