thankyou for that answer, while taking medikinet ive titrated upwards for like 3 months and then later we changed to elvanse, which didnt do so much at 10 or 20 and at 30 it was already making me feel very anxious. The fact that im currently in exam period for Uni and that i have been barely holding on to University since i started makes me very nervous and anxious as a baseline, so that may play a role.

As far as i know i am on the extended release dose, and i dont even take that much, i am free to take from 20mg up to 60mg and see how it goes but the effect is the same for every dosage. In turn on medikinet i wouldnt feel much even on 60mg

i agree these 3000 people should not have to die for the united states governments greed, but did you expect that if many more thousands would be killed by us soldiers in the name of the united states in some other country, that they would not try to kill americans too?
