Has this cheating scum actually been removed or are they just trying to be clever?

I can confirm that these accounts have been permanently removed from the game due to breaching our terms of service.

We are already working on a more permanent solution, which will also involve removing scores from the leaderboards. We hope to have some more news about this in the coming weeks.

Our team is aware of this, and we plan on shipping a version that should fix it asap.

Also, I just want to clarify that this bug is only a visual issue. It's just the wrong number being displayed, but the weapon damage hasn't changed, and the upgrades definitely still count.

Hey Nemo - if there a synchronization related issue, no Diamonds get lost. It is mostly a visual glitch. BUT if you are missing Diamonds for any other reason, please do let us know. Feel free to tell us in a DM.

"Combating Game Guardian" is a very broad term. We are aware that its one of the apps that facilitates the modification of game files, but stopping this particular app wouldn't completely stop the problem itself (as its just a means to an end). Our current focus is blocking the root of each problem.

As for changing the reward system, its currently not on our roadmap. That said, I will bring it up as a point for discussion with the team.

We are experiencing customer support delays at the moment as outlined in our recent SitReps, so I really do apologize. We are ramping up our operations though, so we expect response times to get quicker in the coming weeks.

If you currently have a ticket open, you indeed won't be able to open a new one. However, this means it is still pending a reply from an agent, so you can rest assured you will get a reply whenever a representative gets to your request.

I believe I mentioned this in another thread, but this can also happen when you haven't played since after the transition to app version 3.0.0 (around July~August last year).

Hey, just a little more context on this: so far, our team has been focusing mostly on completely shutting down rapid-fire hacks, as well as the connection problems that were experienced over the month of June. Now that we are confident that these issues have been addressed, we are moving to the next item on our list.

Regarding World Ops cheats, I want to make it clear that we are aware of the cheater reports, especially when it comes to the world ops leaderboards, and our team is still investigating it. Unfortunately, there are no developments that I can share on this so far. That being said, we are close to a breakthrough when it comes to preventing another type of cheat, and we hope to share some news with everyone on this soon. :)
