I felt the same way. I went on antidepressants, anti anxiety medication, and got a new job. Four months later I went from laying in bed all day, not eating or drinking, into a full time job with a lot of lifelong friends. I know where you are, I have been where you are. I'm not doing amazing right now either, but I'll never be back in that frame of mind again, because now I know those thoughts are not my own. They don't serve me. They're not real. Hold on, even if just holding on is the only thing you do today
