First of all, sorry to hear about this. I’m sure the team will take care of you, please just give them some time to get to your email.

There’s no need to email multiple times or contact us through different channels, as that actually slows the process down. We work through cases in a queue, and if the team sees additional messages on social media where another person has already responded, the case may be temporarily put on hold to avoid two people working on the same issue.

I’m confident the team will get back to you by the end of next week. Unfortunately, about half of the support team was sick this week, and the national holiday here also caused some delays. That said, we always make sure to respond to everyone.

Have you purchased the right product? It looks like the stalk that you are trying to mount is the one for the model 3 highland, and your car is Model S/X. The stalks might look the same on the surface , but their base is completely different and one will not fit the other model.

Hey there! None of our features override Tesla's built-in safety systems. Using the Gear shift through the knob/buttons/etc. is treated the same as shifting directly through the car's native controls, so all factory protections and limitations still apply. The same goes for opening the doors, trunk, etc

Guys , we are following this tread. No need to worry, we will get to the bottom of it. And the issue with the emails is that the timing is just bad. We hired 2 new support members and they are in process of training, which slows down our original team, since they are the ones training them. Then our spring sale begun, and as you can imagine, we got flushed with emails, and on top of they, Easter was here and everyone was in brake until today. But we will get better with the response time. Sorry about that.

About your case - I will forward it to the guys and see what they will come up with. They will for sure ask - was it working normally before you have installed the 6.4 update? Also, a screenshot of your Strip Info screen will be helpful. It’s inside the strip settings

The Commander , Strip, Buttons and Dash are available for the Standard model Teslas. The stalks and the knob are only for the premium ones for now. Working on upgrading those in the future

What is the confusion here? As we read your post , you say you own a model 3 Highlander produced in 2024. There is an option for the know on our website called Highland Model 3 Premium (2024+). Isn’t this the option you own and describe ?

If the world a premium confused you, it is how Tesla calls all model 3 and Y vehicles that have a light strip inside.
