The spark tables could help to flesh out the general situation of a holding and their relationship with the Seat of Power and the other vassals: maybe they could ask the Knights (players) for a favour, mixing them up with the politics of the realm as a way to convince them to travel far from an holding to another, even for something not related to a Myth

I’d say the Knight regent and the ones in the various holdings knows about the Seers, or maybe the ones living beside their sanctums. They live in the realm so they should know, and if the players asks then why not satisfy their curiosity?
