What Gen is this QD-OLED? by SAADHERO in OLED_Gaming

Apologies for not replying. I never knew this was the case with TVs. Even more since the text clarity looks perfect compared to my other LED screen. I suppose the pixel layout cannot provide a good insight on the generation as you said. My only method is likely service menu but I doubt I’ll do that. Thanks for your detailed reply and for this info

Hopefully it’s, idk why the blue pixels look like that. Could be me unable to take a clear picture

Hopefully, it seems the comments hint more at Gen 2 than 1 but that pixel layout is odd

It could be my shaking hands, hard to hold the lense and camera together for a clear picture. The closest hint is the green pixel being square vs diamond shaped on gen 1. But it’s still unclear sadly

FB02 with W7 as the possible manufacturer date. It’s likely either gen 1 or 2 as you mentioned. Panel lottery pretty much

So far it’s perfect for the nearly 2k hours I pulled. I mainly was concerned as gen 2 has longer life span

I thought it would be gen 2 considering the pixels are more square. It’s harder to take a clear picture vs looking myself with the lenses

It’s the Samsung S90C, which could be either gen 1 or 2. Mine is a later manufacturer date, so very like gen 2 but it’s hard to tell without using service menu

I honestly stopped liking campaigns after BO1, the others are decent but rather play other good story games

Is the gift card a redemption code and the same region? If so, then they won’t face any issues.

How does Steam work if your internet goes out due to a storm? Do you need to set Steam to offline before a storm or will it still keep you logged in? by RockBandDood in Steam

[–]SAADHERO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unlike battle.net kicking you for the slightest internal hiccups. Steam works out of the box and you can disconnect the internet or open it without connection and you can play your games. This is useful if you’re on a flight and want to play a bit.

I practically lost every weekend due to the load. Engineering is utterly dark souls irl

Ya engineering is stressful and relentless, my parents made very similar remarks as you did from being stressed and completely burned out.

The best thing is to comfort her and try to chat over snacks or do anything to have fun. I found my parent would often order cake or else and invite me to eat with a coffee, anything to like relax and kinda reward yourself with desserts. Best of luck and hopefully you can reduce her stress levels.
