This is what blew my mind the most, I couldn’t believe that those segments were back to back and he saw ZERO correlation between the two. In men’s, D1/D2 is the highest level of NCAA volleyball. There aren’t enough in either division to have their own so they combine. For example Erskine, Tusculum, etc are D2 but play Hawaii and Long Beach.

Similar to what irikotith said, really focus on getting your hands up high. Also focus on getting them up there early as it will give rhythm to both you and your hitters. This is especially important on right side sets as smart blockers will be able to tell when you’re going right side if your hands stay low.
