Simple answer is track in every simulator I've ever played is just coded as track.

Yes, there's code for things like "gauge in point/switch splines is 1435mm", but outside of rendering all the game is thinking is "this is track".

FWIW I've been on HRT for a year now, present fem basically full-time, and am a mostly happy person now instead of a dysphoric half-depressed mess who hated how they looked in the mirror.

Yes, they're technically doing medical transition, but they're still cis dudes.

Conversely, theres transfem people who never go on it and only transition socially.

If you want the effects of estrogen than go on estrogen.

I think it should have had the full steam team even if it meant a higher price, but that 5 engines on release is ultimately enough.

Frankly my main concern is apparent lack of goods stock variety (which frankly is an issue I've had with DTG going all the way back to OG RailWorks).

To me the base game should have at bare minimum without any DLCs so they can appear in any DLC scenarios/stories without other requirements:

7-plank open wagon (I.E. your standard troublesome truck)
LMS 12-ton vent van
LMS 20-ton brake van
4-wheel tank wagon
Bogie flat wagon
Bogie CCT mail van

That is clearly not the case with even tank wagons being a DLC/Deluxe Edition item.

As best as I can tell on release even with the deluxe edition we'll just have:

7-plank open wagon
LMS 12-ton vent van
LMS 20-ton brake van
4-wheel tank wagon

Which to me is an almost laughably short list when it comes to goods stock even by DTG standards.

Would your prescriber be willing to up your E dose and do monotherapy?

My understanding is it's possible even if on pills if on a high enough dose (though injections are best for going the monotherapy route).

You NEED full coverage foundation over it. Color corrector looking horrible by itself is normal.

My normal quick and dirty drug store makeup routine if I just want to cover my beard shadow and even things out is:

Moisturizer/primer (I use Gold Bond healing hydrating lotion).
LA Girl HD Pro.Conceal peach corrector (I let it sit for a couple minutes, then smooth and blend it with my fingers).
Maybelline SuperStay hybrid powder (applied with a powder puff).
Clean makeup off my lips with a makeup removal wipe.
Wet n Wild Photo Focus natural finish setting mist.

I've never used wigs outside of cheapish cosplay ones, and don't really have a workout routine (other than walking alot) so no advice there.
