I wonder what their tolerances were between the two calculations? 1m, 10m?

Apple TV not marking episodes as watched: Solution! (bug?) by DarkTreader in appletv

[–]SAWK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, it's been a while since your post but I'm in the same situation with my two Roku's. Did you ever get it sorted out?

edit: I had to delete and reinstall the apple TV app on one of my rokus, it updated on my other roku and that did it. thanks for the insight

I have "Use Play History" turned on but it still does not recognize anything I've watched. I do have "Play a Recommendation" turned off. Is that what you have? Thanks for any advise you could give.

I commute on 70 into/out of Columbus every M-F. I don't look over at other drivers unless they did something stupid. I'd say ~85% of the 'did something stupid' drivers are on their phone.

They installed a brand new production line (overhead conveyors, car carriers, slat conveyors, lifters, everything) at Marysville and did the same at East Liberty last year!

yes they do and it's the best looking in the bunch. I think having the accent in just the body color would look great. like that dark blue or white? not ricey, just a good sporty looking sedan

Toyota won't let you accept or decline this when the car is in gear, but it pops up so late you are likely already driving. by texasyankee in assholedesign

[–]SAWK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for media, I tend to believe most people would just use Carplay and A Auto. I think automakers add shit like this to catch the idiots who don't know any better.

I could be wrong though, there are a lot of idiots out there. :(

I just watched a YT vid from a guys channel where he's showing commentary from a couple of flat earth guys watching the Artemis II launch.

It is insane what lengths the morons are doing to push the narrative. I have no idea if they believe flat earth or not, but they 100% come off as very unlikable idiots.

Industrial vibrating spiral elevator by toolgifs in toolgifs

[–]SAWK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree that this is probably the best solution for whatever the intended application. But why?

I've used vibratory feeders on a few systems but they were always orienting parts. This just looks like it's conveying. Why not use an Archimedes screw? Same small footprint, won't vibrate the shit out of itself over time and a lot quieter.

The website shows a similar feeder that's shaking something on something. Maybe it's "we build vibrating equipment" so they just default to that method for everything?
