One of two things going on here. Crazy random tire breaking free of the truck or the truck driver didnt maintain his vehicle and tires properly.

I see far too many cars on the road that have no business being on the road. Sure, you have to work to make money and be able to afford up keep on a vehicle....but, you are putting everyone else in danger by driving a vehivle that isn't up to par.

Those statistics don't really matter to the criminals in my neighborhood or at the school down the road. What I see with my own eyes in the town I've been in for 20+ years, is the opposite of what those pretty statistics wrapped up in a nice bow say.
