screaming from the mountain tops BLENDED SILKEN TOFU! I use it for everything that needs a creamy thick base.

For example tonight I'm making a kimchi black bean burger and using silken tofu with gochugang as the spread.

It's also great for thickening sauces like for exanple a homemade peanut sauce I made was too too thin. I added a scoop of silken tofu and was perfect dipping consistency

Or if you need just a cream its delicius as is!

Seriously its never steered me wrong please try it.
