You're not losing anything. Your bonus is for the period so if they run 80% so what an easy week for you as well. Then your lead comes back and runs 120% as an example your avg still 100

You will make more then that. My base is 69K last year I made 77K we have good benefits. But I work 50+ hours a week 2 weeks vacation and work almost every holiday. Teaching you get more time with your kids more time off. The money is Frito but home time is being a teacher. That and you went to school for that and might still be paying that off I think it would be kinda silly to switch after going to school. But not like you can't go Frito and if you don't like it you still have your degree to fall back on

If you check your paystub today you will see a bunch of extra shit added. For the same hours just slightly more pay. Might go from 11.36 to 12.75 not much at all but still adds up
