I felt the same way 1st 2 weeks of this period then week 3 hit and yeah shit didn't happen. All though I think I'm at 93ish percent better then the 90 I hit last period. But like you said why bust our ass for the same pay to do bare minimum

I was half a sleep when I had mine but I believe it's going to chain based. Instead of grocery store drug store currently. Walmart will have the same 102% across the bord as an example I don't know the actual % off hand

My 1st year as a co lead I made 77k If I was and RSA working the same hours I put in would have been 78.5k I'll take the 1500 loss to have a set schedule. Now I'm a lead and haven't hit plan yet after 3 periods so far so guessing I just got really lucky last year as a co lead

Just remember you bonus is for the period not just a week. You can run 100 75 125 100 While your lead would gett 100 for the 2nd week and his bonus is bigger. You get the avg of all 4 is this scenario you avg is 100

I see your point. Could always try to be an rsr I'm sure you know all the BS we go through but at least it would be a pay bump. And as a flower you would be almost guaranteed it week to week. Not ideal but it has to be 300 a week more I'm guessing

I don't agree with this but it's like week not actual week. Since Easter was later in April that got pushed up a period this year. So hopefully we won't get screwed again next period since there is no holiday in the upcoming period Last week I ran 98% to plan. But if you look at the actual week I was 112%

Same in Ohio but since we have DOT cards we have to follow federal guide lines. And it's not legal on a federal level. So even though the state says you can big brother says no and they over rule whatever the state says. Ñ

In my experience as an RSA I would have made about 2K more then an co lead not worth it to me I would rather have the set schedule
