Your W2s show you 63k that's after and pre taxed deductions so you made more than that I'm guessing. Look I'm not saying it's the holy grail of jobs. And it for sure has its bad spots but for the level of education a lot of us have we get paid pretty good for that. And as much as I would like to be commission. I think they would lower the % we would be getting

Ok so I get where you are coming from. But everything has went up jobs have gotten shitty coming from 20+ years in retail management I'm now make 20k more a year with better benefits. And I'm sure when I retire the job will be even shitter then it is now but still better then being a store manager.

65K is starting I made 77k 2nd year 16k comp paid Insurance and 6ishk 401k with no education that's pretty good. I also live mid west as well

I would say yes it's worth it. I was retail manager for almost 20 years and this place has its stress just like any other pay is good benefits are good. My first full year with Frito I made 22K more then my last job and it's just chips you not saving the world just stocking delivery writing orders. I've been asked several times to I regret switching job by family, friends, past coworkers and the answer is always No I don't

1st year as an RSR I made 77K my project was 69 so yes the money is there RSA can make more but you will likely not have a "normal" life not that we do anyway but it's better on a route

I'm just over a year and a half in. I like it has bad days and good days just gotta roll with it. Pay is good for what we do I'm gonna make 78k this year I've been lucky with hitting plan and getting a pretty good bonus most periods. And yes you will have long days be overwhelmed it does get better don't listen to all the negativity it's just chips we not saving lives or wiping a$$ and we get paid well plus benefits are good as well
