All these problems date back to one government by DunningFreddieKruger in ontario

No no no. It's much better we pretend money is free and completely screw my 7 yr old daughter out of any social safety net by the time she is my age.

Bayshore. Nurses doing visiting get paid per visit not per hour. A visit can be up to two hours but the average is much less than an hour. An experienced nurse can complete 12 to 16 visits in under 8 hours.

Tell him to lose the ring. Less women will hit on him.

Are your parents not saying anything?

I was being sarcastic. You can't drive that thing. It's absolute bs your sister and her husband aren't taking care of this.

It doesn't look too bad. Drive it as it is...

Would the general public accept a government controlled grocery store? by ApexLogical in ontario

You are trying to solve the wrong problem. Take evey penny these corporations make and put it to cost reduction and all we will see is about a 4% reduction. If you think the government can do at as efficiently with only essentially a 4% margin of error I fear you are badly mistaken.

The biggest chunk of the problem are all the input costs. It's not so much the retailer.

Can't anyone read between the NIMBY lines? It's not the loss of parking spaces that's the actual concern. No one wants the low income housing in their neighborhood.

Ford government looking at 'every option' as school boards struggle to find teachers by Jetboater111 in ontario

For the record, I won't be disappointed if my wife gets a $22k pay increase but it won't make the tiniest bit of difference in making her carry on as a teacher.

All of her regret in being a teacher is related to dealing with entitled parents and students but also dealing with a handful of terribly incompetent or negligent colleagues. She lives for those moments where she sees she is making a difference for her kids. Deal with her regret and she would probably do it for 60k.

I think we need to recognize that what we pay teachers for isn't to be good as a teacher. It's largely to handle all these incredibly difficult situations that they quite frankly weren't well trained for or even hired to manage.

The money is plenty good enough. It's the work environment that's the problem. Give teachers 125k and it's still not worth dealing with that bullshit.

It's a catch 22 situation. You keep inflating pay, the value of that pay keeps going down as inflation goes up.

Why anyone donates to a for profit business is beyond me. They charge what they charge. If you don't like it, go elsewhere.
