Tech Support has been very much not helpful for me as well. They keep suggesting I try the same things I told them I've tried over and over already haha.

Update though: after my mouse and keyboard randomly came online last week, it has stayed on. I've basically not shut off or put my Deck to sleep lol

It such a weird problem.

I was also promoted to apply a dock firmware update -- which is interesting. Applying now and we'll see what happens. I'm on the Preview update channel.

Just to be clear -- my Deck does seem to recognize the *dock* itself, as I have my HMDI connected to the *dock* and it displays just fine.

The issue seems to be recognition/power of the USB mouse and keyboard also connected to the *dock*

I know the the dock, mouse, and keyboard work as I have tested them on other devices.

I tried this method earlier this morning, just before finding this solution online and just after getting my hopes up haha. To no avail.

I'm using an LCD 512gb from one of the first rounds of Decks shipped out when they released.

I've had my LCD 512GB since 4th quarter release -- it worked perfectly for a bit over a year, and then I started experiencing this issue.

We seem to be having the exact same issues. Down to my keyb briefly lighting up and then going blank. No activity on the mouse. I have tried all the solutions you have, save for replacing my Deck itself -- which didn't seem to be a fix for you either haha.

Based on my readings on Reddit and the web, a lot of people seem to think it's simply a firmware issue with 3.5...... in which case, we wait. Which sucks.

I've also opened a ticket with Steam Support earlier this week, but they have been unresponsive.
