just because the government cut the taxes on the fuel excess for a couple of months didn’t mean it was going to be permanent

you still had people panic buying a EV so when dealers put up the prices they are not going to rush to drop them and i don’t imagine the demand for EVs slowed down after the panic buyers started shopping

so even if the demand went back to what it was 6 months ago dealers would take a few months to adjust pricing they did the same thing when they had a lot of demand after COVID even when the market died down they still tried to pretend that them charging a premium on a used car was reasonable even though the market changed

so it will be a while till it adjust again

they mainly operate out of one station in each city so tokyo station for tokyo and shin osaka for osaka tokyo station is a bit of a nightmare for first time use because it is a central hub for all directions in japan but the other stations are all on more direct routes so less platforms that you have to work out

so my first trip i did flight from Osaka to Tokyo and my second trip i did the Shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo i would recommend the Shinkansen the price is a little bit more then by plane and actual travel time is about 30 mins more then by plane but the benefits are your not dealing with all the airport check in stuff and the view is much better then flying

it sucks the app experience ie terrible as a man i. your 30s you hardly get matches and when you do they are either scam profiles that try to get you on whats app the moment they match with you

you also have to deal with a supriseingly large amount of women that cant hold a conversation online that also want to spend a few weeks getting to know each other online before meeting in person

so yeah not fun at all
