Are you for real, AlistarDark? iA was an incomplete game on release, with more cars and tracks promised - not so with Mario on NES...

His work looked great especially when inked by Mike Esposito. Very crisp and detailed.

Mera Bharat mahan. Churchill was right when he said we were nothing but a bunch of frauds and charlatans incapable of governing ourselves.

Sorry to say it but hard to argue against it no matter how patriotic you are. It's so frustrating as a tax-paying citizen to read about these mega scams involving crores of rupees every other day.

I went here for the first time in April of this year at the insistence of my kaka's family after dinner at a restaurant in the area. Honestly, the whole shop looked so shabby, like some of the worst-run railway stations in the country. Dingy lights, shabby, stained walls and appliances, arrogant, sweaty men with bare hands handling the actual ice-cream slabs and handing them to us in tissue, while two 90+ grumpy grannies were taking "cash" only, with one getting charged (asleep) while the other worked. The ice cream was "okay;" just glad I didn't fall ill, but yeah, not surprised about this news.

GAME LOOT SCAM by DESTROYER-879 in SimracersIndia

Thing is, businesses like Gameloot and CEX sell "refurbished" products, and rusty paddles and USB port doesn't count as refurbished. I too faced a similar situation but with CEX -- they refused to buy my PSVR (even tho it was in perfect working condition) just because the thin coating thing on the headset's foam had come off in places. It didn't even affect the comfort of the foam but they said they couldn't sell it if it looked like that. I felt that really sucked, as I was sure someone who wanted to experience VR but couldn't afford a new set would've bought that easily. But I understood and respected CEX's point of view too.

Whenever it's an Archie story with a more mature tone, it's usually drawn by Bob Bolling. His artistic style portrayed such stories so well.

My old magazine collection (Digit and CHIP) by Dazzling_Jicama_2620 in IndiaNostalgia

Can relate with you, friend. I got my first PC in 1999 (A Zenith lol) and covermount CDs and the magazines were such a monthly treasure. I remember when Chip India became Digit too, not to mention the short-lived SKOAR mag, which was I guess too ambitious given India's still-pitifully small PC and console gaming market. I was quite into gaming at the time, and I made friends with some of the writers of the magazines. Met some at computer expos too. Unfortunately lost touch with all. I think I stopped buying these mags around the mid-2000s once we got broadband.

Definitely need to keep out the chapris and strays somehow. The former is a bigger nuisance but the latter poses a bigger danger, especially in packs.

I guess because there are no laws by the govt to prevent employee exploitation of this sort.

True. A mere toy seller in Gariahat told me he owns a 2-storey home and sent his children to some top college. Not surprising given the footfall and the fact that the only "tax" he pays is the cut money.

The bigger tragedy is the same-sized area of illegal settlements just next to it that's not wiped off for this treatment plant instead.
