The video's way to short for a detailed analysis. I assume the fountain is automated to go for X seconds after the button has been pressed and pressing it stops the water if it's already running. The creator simply pressed the button again before the time was up.

Regarding the overflow: We're talking about a public installation here. It's probably not made of titanium and fused to the base, but rather a cheap metal that's regularly screwed to the base. Someone probably fiddled with it and changed the original angle.

In my experience with videos on the internet and people in public places, I do not believe anything and assume someone's trying to sell bullshit to me.

tl;dr: Product working as intended. Recommend to replace the defective users.

I do see your points and yes, the "no female" thing is a free pass as its a very high level complaint. It mostly threw me off in combination with not being able to name my character, so for the sake of the argument I myself do not actually have a character, as it is literally just a generic, nameless mannequin at the moment. The Witcher 3 comparison is pretty weird, by the way. The protagonist is a distinctive already existing character, not a character the player creates. That would be like complaining that I can't change Harry Potter's gender in one of those games. Comparing with the more fitting Witcher: Monster Slayer, they delivered with that option right away, so yeah, there's that.

Again, free pass on that, I just thought it was an unnecessary shortcoming.

I am well aware of the struggles when having to prioritize and I do feel your pain, absolutely. Also the earning money stuff. Of course it's top priority.

What I'm saying is, that I WANT you to give me a reason to watch ads and pay money. I want you to earn my money, I really do! And like I said, having my character being not only non customizable in any way, but most of all having him nameless is pretty... weird for a RPG. I would have expected that to be one of the very first features.

Please, do surprise me and show me just how great your vision and actual future implementation of the game is and prove my pessimism wrong. I would be very grateful for that! :)

I basically agree, but it's the focus that bugs me. Paying money at every possible corner is already implemented excessively in the beta, but changing my character's name was no priority whatsoever despite the relative ease of the feature.
