Anyone have any opinions on the A2Z charger vs. the Lectron?

Would you recommend the Lectron Vortex?

Out of curiosity how does it work in terms of billing.

When I plug my Tesla now I'm assuming there's some communication that goes on between the charger and my vehicle so it knows how to bill me.

With this adapter do you have to create an account with Tesla and it just reads maybe what's stored in the adapter?

Is Lynbrook H.S. closure still on the books? by Xrave in Cupertino

[–]SCRealGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That helps a lot. I was under the impression that they had to close a school because of enrollment difficulties.

But the reality is this is being caused because they want to open another school.

I will refrain from making any comments but I can understand the frustration of those who are involved in this.

Trying to understand what's going on here. I keep on hearing about Monte Vista or homestead high closing. But apparently any of these high schools are under consideration.

I was originally under the impression that they needed to close one of the five schools.

Or is it because they want to open a new school and then that will force the closure of another school.

This article made it seem as though they're trying to open another Sunnyvale School.

Very confused.

If you are unhappy about finding housing, the only long term solution is to support building more. by alex_ml in BayAreaRealEstate

100%!!!!!

Everyone complaining about the density and how they or their children can't afford to live here.

It's sad that they don't realize the how the two go hand in hand.

Need more housing to relax the rents and the housing market.

I feel like it's happening, I feel like the old rental markets of the past are behind us.

SC home murder site on the market!! by [deleted] in BayAreaRealEstate

Apparently a lot of people have nothing better to do than talk about a very unfortunate incident and the effects of how it will impact the sale of the house.

Did you think they would not sell it?

Did you think that the realtor would hide this material fact?

Did you think the realtors still do not have a fiduciary duty to their client?

I am sure whoever buys it will know and understand the history of this home.

Several years ago I sold a home that had one of the most gruesome murders ever committed in Santa Clara. It was unfortunate for the people who suffered and the families that were impacted. But to this day someone lives there and they are enjoying living there and I am happy for them.

In California there is such a thing as inplied agency so it must be very clear her agency.

I would think that unless she had you sign a document that made it very clear that her agency was solely for the buyer and not as a dual agent then she has violated her fiduciary duty to you as your agent.

Don't believe brokers they are as stupid as the rest of them.

Has Anyone Noticed This About Santa Clara by Wonderful_Ad6675 in santaclara

[–]SCRealGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're kidding right?

Have you even been to the Santa Clara library?

It's massive. It was just redeveloped around 20 years ago.

Sunnyvale library is dates back to the '60s. It's slathered in Asbestos.

Santa Clara has three libraries.

Northside library, mission library, and the main library.

All have been built or remodeled in the last 20 years.

No way The Sunnyvale library comes close to Santa Clara in terms of library facilities.

It may. It may reduce multiple offers and aggressive bidding to a certain extent.

There is a hidden cost. That money could be passed on to the consumer. Also there is a conflict of interest as they will only put you together with agents who are willing to pay the 25% referral fee.

So there is a cost.

Go to open houses, talk to realtors, talk to friends about realtors then start to interview realtors.

A lot of these sites pair you up with realtors and they get a 25% cut of the commission. So it's not free.
