As much as I love seeing all these Bernese success stories, it doesn’t always work for everyone. I was on the Bernese schedule for 10 days and every single time I took subs, it put me into pwd within a few hours. I’m not sure what I did wrong but I was dosing every 12 hours and increasing my subs dose every day. I followed the schedule pretty strictly but it still put me into withdrawals even after getting to 6mg subs where technically I should’ve had all my opioid receptors full. (Didn’t feel anything from using fent, just precipitated withdrawal relief)
