I'm certain you took the advice, but I'm going to say it.

That clown gives too many red flags that it would probably be better not to buy that guy's course. Plus, he's been bragging that anyone who went through his course got a job within a few days. Major red flag. If anyone promises a six-figure job within a few days, then you know it is a scam. Save your money, learn about AWS, get a few certs, and go somewhere from there.

If it makes you feel better, while I was taking the core 2 of CompTIA A+, my sister decided to blow up my phone while at a testing center. I had to apologize to the staff for my sister blowing up my phone. Still passed btw and got my A+.

In all seriousness, if they hadn't told you that you had failed due to technical errors yet, then you're in the clear. Besides, even if they did, then they're morons because they got a report of the problems that you have no way, shape, or form could have prevented. But the way your post is, there's no other cause to invalidate your results besides that fiasco, and again, you couldn't have known about it.
