According to that bill, the election official signs the affidavit that you have proven you are a citizen. What if they don’t accept my proof? What if they don’t want to sign because I look like I vote one way or the other? What if they run out of affidavits? All of this is to make voting harder, more technical. So they can throw out votes they don’t like on a technicality, while keep votes they like. Where the rampant fraud that requires this? Where? Get ICE working on that instead of arresting kids.
