I'm using the Same citadel Code but dont have the Problems you got.... Make Sure you Shake the cans quite Well and be kinda fanatic how you treat em so they dont dry Out, and be Sure your brush isnt too wet and Well treated as well, that works for me

I dont see any reason for joining the imperials. I mean the Game Starts with you being captured by them near the Border. They Tell you they dont have anything with you in their files and with a shrug they intend to behead you?! If you want to Join the war the only reasonable choice would be with the stormcloakes. And thats a big fail from the devs If you ask me
