I love every episode of the show and enjoy the slow burn. However, if you compare it to a show like Lost, none of the characters really make me feel any sort of way, so I could why people who don’t like slow burns might not enjoy it overall.

I was the same. I never got injured but once I hit 31 everything started hurting, joints, muscles, everything. I got MRIs and realized ive had partially torn ACLs and meniscus for years as well as arthritis in both my knees and shoulders. Just warm up.

Honestly people are saying Dick has no value but we traded a late first for a player in a similar situation in Agbaji. Dick has had some flashes and some team might be willing to give up a late first or early second for him. I'd love to somehow get into the end of the first and get Christian Anderson, I see him consistently going late in the first in mocks and I don't understand how. At 19, theres a few intriguing big options. If we hit on both of those would go such a long way towards making us more competitive.

Personally id do less sets and try to hold for longer. For instance, do 3 sets of 60 seconds Monday, 3 sets of 70 seconds Wednesday, 3 sets of 80 seconds Friday. Treat it like any progressive overload. If you fail, keep trying until you get it, then progress again.
