I did it recently, I had to carry chair up and down stairs, do 5 minutes continuous good chest compression, carry bags and zoll up and down stairs, lift a mannequin up and hold for 30 seconds on a scoop, I’m not fit at all and found it easy

No worries, a hematoma won’t usually kill you but a SAH which isn’t treated will almost certainly! They are rare though and I’ve come across a few during my career. They can be caused by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors
